KZN Journaling Workshop @ Calissa Lodge
Jul 26 @ 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
KZN Journaling Workshop @ Calissa Lodge | Durban | KwaZulu-Natal | South Africa

Inspiring, practical and FUN helping you on your journey of self discovery.

Venue: Calissa Lodge, 1 Raleigh Road, Woodside (Cowies Hill)
Price: R350
Starting time: 08h30. Duration: 4 hours.

You may have heard about the benefits of journaling. That it expands the mind, your awareness, focus and perspective.
Perhaps you have been thinking of doing it, but don’t know where to start.
Maybe you do it occasionally, but tend to lose focus, and then procrastinate.
Or you get stuck. No new ideas, no new insights, inspiration, nothing.

Journaling can be a fabulous tool. But, as with everything, a tool only helps if it is used. And of course there are ways to make it easier, more beneficial and applicable to your personal situation.
Don’t let a limiting belief, ignorance or self-doubt get in your way!

Whether you are a seasoned writer, about to get started, or wondering if you should start, this workshop will give you the tools to implement a journaling practice, the opportunity to refresh your ideas, perspective and inspiration to continue, share with and learn from others. And mostly, connect with others on the same path!

What we will cover:
– Journaling – how to get started, and how to maintain it
– What do I write about?
– How “deep” do I go?
– “I am not creative”. How to address this limitation.
– Expanding the mind and awareness
– HOW, HOW, HOW? Practical tips, lessons and opportunity to practice
– Stories, pictures, dreams – get the vision and magic back
– Where does it lead to?
– The BIGGIE: Self-worth, self love and self esteem through journaling.

Your ticket includes:
Tea, coffee and lunch.
And of course the experience and teachings you will receive.

Price: R350
