Bärbel hold a BA in Psychology from UNISA, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Coaching from the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) as well as Certificates in Hypnotherapy and Crystal Healing. I am fluent in English and German with a good understanding of Afrikaans.

I am passionate about people and helping them live a happier, more fulfilled life. After spending many years abroad my passion for helping people evolved and grew. Through my journeys, I learnt to adapt to new cultures and to appreciate human diversity even more. I continued my studies and kept on adding and refining my skills into a portfolio that is unique and complementary to guide and help clients ranging from individuals, small groups, and rehabilitation centres to large corporations like Woolworths and Old Mutual.

I work on the principle that we all have, within ourselves, everything we need to get our lives in balance and back on track. As a psychological counsellor, motivational life coach, qualified hypnotherapist, and crystal healer, I create a personalised journey of empowerment where my clients can uncover their true path and potential.
